Job Description
Reporting directly into the CEO, the Head of HR will support with strategic plans, developing innovative HR processes to ensure that the organisation is viewed as an employer of choice. This includes fostering a positive organisational culture, promoting staff engagement, and implementing best practices to attract and retain top talent within the education sector.
Additionally, the Head of HR will work collaboratively and responsively with Heads, ensuring that their HR needs are met efficiently. The role also involves working closely with the CEO on a range of issues, providing expert HR advice and support to achieve the organisation's overall objectives.
