Head of HR

I have partnered with an innovative organisation who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team in Harwell.

You will be responsible for leading the HR agenda and managing the HR team by providing both strategic and operational support. You will report into the CEO and manage a team. This role is integral to the Senior Management Team, and you will use insight and your expertise to advise, influence and execute objectives, both from a business and people perspective.

You will develop culture, policies and processes and manage the HR budget. This is a visible role as you will be part of the SMT, which requires building strong relationships across SMT, Exec and Board.

You will have proven experience as a Head of HR or a similar senior HR role, ideally within a complex, multi-layered organisation. You must be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
