Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Graphic Designer to lead our campaign asset strategy across various channels. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's visual identity and shape our customer's experience across multiple touchpoints.
The Head of Graphic Design will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our campaign asset strategy, overseeing a wide range of design projects, including e-commerce assets, performance marketing, brand identity, typography strategy, video ads, email campaigns, on-site product assets, direct mail print strategy, packaging, in-store collateral, partnership and wholesale digital assets, and localized homepages across e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will possess a strong creative vision, exceptional design skills, and a deep understanding of fashion and motherhood trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall strategy for campaign assets across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Create visually appealing and conversion-focused assets for e-commerce platforms, including website banners, product imagery, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create compelling visuals for digital advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design deliverables and channels.
- Develop and implement a cohesive typography strategy that aligns with the brand's tone.
- Design engaging email campaigns that effectively communicate fashion trends and product functionality.
- Develop innovative on-site product assets that enhance the customer experience.
- Lead the design and execution of impactful direct mail print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually appealing packaging solutions.
- Create engaging designs for in-store collateral.
- Collaborate with partnerships and wholesale teams to create effective digital assets.
- Design and customize localized homepages for different markets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive experience in graphic design, with a focus on fashion and lifestyle brands.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of campaign asset creation.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
