Offered as a 12–month contract, this assignment pays a competitive day rate of 600– 650 (Inside IR35). Based in Central London, the role operates on a hybrid model, with three days a week expected on site.

The Company
This internationally recognised life sciences business is at the forefront of scientific innovation. With a fast–growing portfolio and increasing global reach, the company is investing in its operational finance infrastructure to support further expansion and scalability. The environment is collaborative, quality–focused, and mission–driven, offering significant scope for transformation and impact.

The Role
This highly visible role will lead the end–to–end Order to Invoice function across multiple international markets, managing a team of qualified professionals and acting as the central point of contact for commercial finance, logistics, and supply chain functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight and optimisation of the full Order to Invoice cycle for non–domestic markets
  • Day–to–day management of outsourced 3PL operations including performance monitoring and issue resolution
  • Ownership of revenue–related controls and compliance within a regulated environment
  • Direct responsibility for ensuring accurate pricing, invoicing and master data configuration in ERP systems
  • Supporting commercial and operational readiness for entry into new international markets
  • Leading a team of 3+, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Driving automation, standardisation, and simplification across revenue processes

Your Profile
You'll be a commercially astute and technically strong finance professional with:

  • Demonstrable experience in revenue operations, order to cash, or commercial finance leadership roles
  • Previous exposure to regulated or controlled environments, ideally with SOX experience
  • Strong stakeholder management across finance, tax, supply chain, and commercial teams
  • Proven track record of leading high–performing teams through change and transformation
  • Experience working with large ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) within multinational businesses
  • A pragmatic, hands–on approach, with a strong appreciation for detail and delivery under pressure

Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity offers a day rate of 600– 650 (Inside IR35), commensurate with the complexity and scope of the role. The business operates a hybrid model, with a modern Central London office and excellent facilities.
