Hays have partnered with this organisation based in Birmingham, who are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to manage their transactional finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
As the Head of Finance Operations, you will lead a team which covers all aspects of finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of financial systems as well as any technical updates.
You will manage key stakeholders across the organisation and have a passion for process improvement.
