My client, a well-known charity, is seeking a Head of Finance & Compliance to head up their fast-growing team.

This is a senior leadership role with a broad remit - from shaping financial strategy to leading a high-performing team and partnering with trustees and senior leaders.

My client is looking for:

• A fully qualified accountant
• Experience working in the charity sector with strong knowledge of regulations and reporting for Charity accounts
• Experience with system implementations
• Experience managing a team
