As a Head of Finance based in our Warwick office (3 days a week), you’ll be responsible for:

• Advising the Managing Director of our Infrastructure businesses and Leadership Teams on all matters relating to past, current and future financial performance within the business.
• Providing direction on the financial and operational strategy of the business.
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.
• Oversight of all financial and accounting matters including month end reports, management accounts, presentation of management information and KPIs.
• Identifying process simplification initiatives and taking ownership for delivering change and sharing best practices across the wider finance team.
• Building excellent relationships with wider finance teams and support functions.
• Directing and coaching direct reports and the wider finance team.

This is a full-time, hybrid role, working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with flex to work remotely 2 days a week.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Qualified accountant – CIMA, ACA or ACCA with experience operating at a senior level with strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
• Strong leadership skills and experience of working as an operational leadership team in a multi-site organisation.
• Experience managing a team, supporting and developing them.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, engaging individuals.
