Job description

Correla are looking for a Head of Finance within the Corporate Services team.

Salary: circa £90,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

  • Leading the end-to-end planning cycle; annual budgeting, reforecasts, and long-range planning
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis to drive performance and enable commercial decision-making
  • Business partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks & opportunities, and support strategic initiatives
  • Building dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide proactive and accurate financial analysis which enhances the visibility and decision support
  • Owning and evolving monthly board packs
  • Driving process improvements and embedding a culture of continuous financial performance management
About You
  • Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with senior operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Proven track record of translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable business insights
  • Skilled in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Experienced in navigating and managing teams through periods of significant organisational change
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACMA, ACA, or ACCA) able to evidence significant post-qualification experience in relevant roles.
