About the Organisation

The role

They are recruiting for a Head of Finance to be responsible for delivering a high-quality Finance service to the charity. You will provide accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to assist with the organisation’s decision-making and ensure that robust financial controls are in place in order to ensure the charity can meet its various compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for the management and development of a small finance team.

About you

You will be a CCAB qualified accountant with previous experience of working in senior finance roles. You will have excellent technical accounting, payroll, and tax knowledge, coupled with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. You will be used to working to deadlines and have the ability to act on your own initiative, prioritising tasks effectively in order to meet the needs of the organisation.
