As Head of Finance, the role is primarily about business partnering, process management, and improvement. Some of the key responsibilities will include month end and annual budgeting, leading and challenging internal stakeholders, being a member of the Exec team, and reporting to shareholders and finance functional leadership with a team of four.

To be successful in the role, you will have clear and demonstrable experience in managing a finance function. It's important you have worked within a manufacturing business environment and understand challenges relating to S&OP processes, working capital, and goods in/goods out. Finally, you will be fully qualified ACCA/CIMA with relevant post-qualification experience.
