About Our Client

My client is a rapidly growing business within the leisure/travel & tourism sector.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage financial operations and processes for the business.
  • Lead the budgeting and monthly forecasting for P&L and balance sheet.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports, MI packs for growth funding, and managing covenants.
  • Support audit preparation and manage relationships with auditors.
  • Mentor and manage a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tasks.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems to support business growth.
  • Assist in drawing funding for expansion and manage financial compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
  • Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small finance team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with audits and managing MI packs for external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement robust financial systems.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to get things right the first time.
