Local authority in the Merseyside area is currently looking for an interim head of facilities management and capital projects.
Purpose of the role: To be the lead officer for all facilities management, capital projects, and health and safety and compliance within the asset management function of the Council. The post holder will lead on all service requirements and ensure any strategic, operational, and statutory requirements are met.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months initially
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working
Compensation: £875 a day inside IR35 (umbrella)
