What are we recruiting for?

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of eCommerce to drive the performance and growth of their online stores. In this pivotal role, you will own key metrics, deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead a high-performing team to optimise their eCommerce strategy.

What Will You Be Doing?

  1. Take full responsibility for net revenue, average order value, conversion rates, and overall performance across all websites.
  2. Collaborate with Commercial and Financial teams to leverage customer segmentation, marketing insights and business intelligence to optimise customer activity and buying patterns.
  3. Ensure all websites are visually compelling and conversion-focused through engaging content, effective signposting and seamless product merchandising.
  4. Manage analytical and CRO tools to uncover insights, build hypotheses, and execute tests that deliver measurable improvements to KPIs.
  5. Partner with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to deliver superior insights and innovative solutions that outperform competitors.
  6. Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, best practices, and emerging tools, especially in CRO.
  7. Influence and align internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
  8. Adopt a customer-first mindset to continuously enhance user experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Location

Our client is based in Telford and they have adopted a hybrid working environment. You will be required to be in office several days per week.
