MacGregor Black are partnering with a Fashion Brand on the search for a Head of Ecommerce. This is a permanent role based in London.

As the Head of Ecommerce, you will oversee the development and execution of our digital strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our fashion-forward customers. You’ll lead a team of digital specialists, leveraging data insights and the latest trends to drive traffic, enhance user experience, and boost online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital professionals across e-commerce, UX/UI, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Optimize the user journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a frictionless and visually compelling experience.
  • Utilize analytics and insights to track performance, refine strategies, and maximize digital marketing ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a senior digital role within the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing digital team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, SEO, performance marketing, and UX/UI design principles.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing digital performance.
  • Passion for fashion and an understanding of fast fashion trends and consumer behavior.
