OMNES focus on timeless designs with playful pops of print and colour and a considered approach to how their pieces fit bodies of all shapes and sizes. OMNES was founded in London in 2021 by Jordan Razavi, who saw how ‘green premiums’ were causing a gap in access to better wardrobe choices and wanted to create a brand that would speak to this unmet need.
The fashion industry is one of the world’s most prolific polluters, with millions of tonnes of textiles ending up in landfill every year, and global supply chain workers being underpaid and exploited. ROLE OVERVIEW:
OMNES is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in fashion e-commerce, with extensive experience using Shopify. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our digital strategy, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving our growth objectives. As Head of E-Commerce, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with various departments to align our online presence with our mission and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy that aligns with OMNES’s mission to revolutionize the fashion industry through sustainable practices. Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience. Performance Optimization: Analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in traffic, conversion, average order value, and customer retention. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and resolving any customer service issues promptly. Inventory Management: Work with the supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO on e-commerce performance, trends, and opportunities for growth. QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion e-commerce sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Passion for Sustainability: Deep commitment to sustainable fashion and ethical business practices.
