Salary: Circa £90,000 Base + Bonus/Car Allowance

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Team Management: Inspire and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Campaign Execution: Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, ensuring optimal performance and impact.
Performance Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and aligned digital strategies.
Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximise ROI.
Hands-On Execution: Step into campaign setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting when needed to ensure seamless delivery.
Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to achieve performance expectations.
Experience: At least 7+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategic leadership within senior roles.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms, social media tools, and CRM systems.
Strategic and Tactical: Ability to devise high-level strategies and execute them effectively.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven with a strong ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable strategies.
Leadership: Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
