Now, they’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to take their digital strategy to the next level, driving online growth, engagement and brand awareness.

The Role

As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading and executing the brand’s digital strategy across all channels, ensuring maximum impact and performance. You’ll manage a high-performing team across all paid channels, delivering best-in-class campaigns and digital experiences that engage customers and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven, customer-focused digital strategy.
  • Manage and scale Paid Social, PPC and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Take ownership of the digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven investment.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimise performance and drive decision-making.
  • Identify and implement new digital trends, technologies and platforms.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, brand and product teams to align digital marketing with business goals.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists.

The Person

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on digital leader with a strong background in retail or eCommerce marketing. You’ll have experience scaling digital channels, leading teams and using data-driven insights to optimise performance. A commercially focused mindset is key, with the ability to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing. You should be passionate about digital innovation, always looking for new ways to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you’ll be developing a high-performing team while working cross-functionally to ensure digital strategy aligns with the wider business objectives.
