What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - Essential
2. Proven experience in teaching Design Technology - KS3 to KS5
3. Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
4. A passion for innovation, creativity, and student success
5. Ability to inspire and mentor both students and staff
