South East London - hybrid working, minimum of 2 days in the office

As the Head of Data Products, you will lead the development and implementation of data products through our data platform, playing a key role in transforming our data capabilities. Managing a team of Data Product Engineers and Data Product Analysts, you will drive the adoption of a new model, ensuring data products meet the needs of various departments and support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role in addition to the above, you will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree or significant experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
  2. Experience in leading the delivery of the analysis, design, and implementation of cutting-edge Azure data solutions and data platforms.
  3. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in managing data platforms. Proficiency with PowerBI, Python, and SQL are very advantageous.
  4. Proven experience in a leadership role within data engineering or analytics, with experience within housing or real estate preferable; however, not essential.
