Are you a Head of Data Engineering who is strategic but still likes to get stuck in? Or maybe you want to make a difference in society?

I’m supporting a brilliant company that utilises data and insights to help over 4000 organisations become more sustainable and work towards recycling goals and targets.

This is a brilliant time to join this company as they have been growing at a fantastic pace over the last few years and are now venturing into new markets like the US.

You will be designing and delivering the Data Engineering platform strategy with a focus on a Modern Azure stack, overseeing Engineering squads, facilitating collaboration, and driving innovation through new technology.

Experience they’re after:

1. Previous experience in a Senior Leadership role – Manager of Managers
2. Designing and delivering Data Engineering strategies
3. Experience working with a modern Azure Data stack (Databricks, Synapse, ADF, Fabric, etc.)

If you have also introduced AI/ML solutions, this will put you in good stead as this is something that the company wants to introduce more of.
