You are at the forefront of the technical and strategic vision for data & analytics. Your leadership of the team will shape the future of the skin-care and diagnostic products. Using technical strategy and vision, ownership of predictive models, and working across cross-functional teams, you will help achieve business objectives.

Must have:

• 3+ years' experience managing ML-based solutions in the industry
• 7+ years' experience in data positions
• Hands-on experience delivering data science solutions in HealthTech, Biotech, Pharma, or MedTech industries
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and all capabilities
• Experience with Next Generation Sequencing data analysis tools
• Experience managing budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable commercial impact on business
• Experience building robust data teams in the past
