This is a strategic role to ensure industry leading service and customer experience from the first customer contact to delivery/fulfilment. The scope of the role includes responsibility for Customer Service for the UK & Ireland across both B2B and DTC channels, innovating to deliver a range of services encompassing reactive and proactive customer experience which aligns with their brand values.

Ideally, you will have experience in customer-facing and hands-on operational roles, enjoy inspiring others to achieve, be results-driven, with an innovative and curious mindset, and have proven leadership experience.
