Role overview:
The Head of Business Transformation will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, scalability, and business growth. Leading a multidisciplinary team of project managers, transformation leads, business analysts, and business systems specialists, you will spearhead programs that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and integrate acquisitions seamlessly.
This role is fundamental in establishing the business at the forefront of the SaaS industry for the Education markets by implementing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
