Head of Brand and Creative - London, United Kingdom - Public House Head Office

Lead the planning and execution of diverse events across venues, including seasonal events, brand collaborations, and high-profile functions. Manage in-house events, supplier relationships, and exclusive private hires.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute in-house events, including opening parties, seasonal events, and brand collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brands.
• Oversee exclusive private hires, corporate bookings, and high-profile guest dinners and events.
• Develop budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
• Provide post-event analysis and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of event management experience, preferably in hospitality or pub industry.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Salary: £55-£60k DOE
Location: London & The Cotswolds
