• Lead and manage the Art and DT department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

• Monitor and improve student progress, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all learners.

• Organise exhibitions, projects, and enrichment opportunities to enhance students' artistic and design skills.

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational and experienced educator, with:

• A strong background in teaching Art and/or Design Technology at the secondary level.
