Head Night Concierge

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am

Location: Camberwell

Salary: £30,000

Responsibilities:

1. Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitor log
2. Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building’s keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary
3. Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
4. Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
5. Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations
6. Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints
7. Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
8. Liaising with housekeeping, cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
