Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Dental Nurse to join their professional team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Confidently lead the dental nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
2. Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
3. Manage and maintain clinical areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate the scheduling and management of patient appointments.
5. Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the dental practice.
6. Maintain accurate patient records and manage stock levels of clinical supplies.
7. Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure smooth running of the practice as well as always looking for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid GDC registration.
2. Proven experience of leadership within a practice setting.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. A proactive and positive attitude towards patient care and team management.
6. A commitment to continuous professional development.
7. Full right to work in the UK.
8. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
