Head Coach

Bubba’s Project Gym are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach to join their growing team based in Armagh.

This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards we’ve set at Bubba’s Project Gym and supporting the growing number of clients seeking world-class fitness services.

Job Role: Head Coach
Location: Bubba’s Project Gym
Salary: £28K – £33.5K + Bonus per annum

Job Description:

As our Head Coach, you will take charge of our coaching team, ensuring we continue to provide top-tier training and help our members achieve their fitness goals.

You will oversee everything from class programming to maintaining the high operational standards that make Bubba’s Project Gym stand out.

This role requires an experienced coach with strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 20+ classes per week, delivering exceptional coaching experiences
• Develop, mentor, and manage a talented coaching team
• Oversee programming and ensure operational excellence
• Represent the gym at community events and help promote our brand
• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• 3+ years of coaching experience
• Proven leadership experience in fitness or sports
• Gym management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
