Due to an internal promotion & transfer, we are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold the legendary standards that have made Sale e Pepe a favourite for over 50 years.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistency, excellence, and attention to detail in every dish.

3. Oversee menu development, working closely with senior leadership to create dishes that reflect our heritage and future vision.
4. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and adherence to all health & safety standards.
5. Train, mentor, and develop the next generation of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and passion.
6. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
