Cotswolds calling! Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Holiday Park Group on the hunt for an exceptional Head Chef to lead their kitchen team in the scenic location of the Cotswolds.


In this role, you will:
  1. Oversee Daily Operations: Take charge of all kitchen activities, ensuring every product meets the highest standards.
  2. Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and train your team, delegating tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  3. Margin and Costing Management: Use your expertise in margin and costing to enhance kitchen productivity and efficiency.
  4. Supervise Food Service: Lead your team throughout the day.
  5. Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Cultivate a positive team spirit, encouraging collaboration and a welcoming atmosphere among your team.
