Salary / Rate of pay: £50,000 - £55,000

What's involved?

As Head Chef you will assist the Group Head of F&B to create menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality. Responsibilities include:

1. Following standards and regulations for hygiene and health and safety
2. Ensuring departmental compliance with all regulations
3. Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels to produce high quality dishes presented to the company's high standards

Rosette experience is not required for this role but a good quality background with multi outlet experience is required.
