We know a Chef’s time is precious and at David Lloyd Clubs we prioritise our Chef’s mental and physical wellbeing which is why we try to make the work environment the very best it can be. You will be pleased to know we don’t do late night finishes (in fact most of our kitchens are closed by 10pm!) and have so many options to suit every circumstance from compressed hours, split shifts, and fixed schedules.

Across the UK, we're currently looking for ambitious Lead Chefs with an eye for detail that really know how to cook up great dishes each and every time for our members. We use quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced where possible. We’ll also listen to you and let you share ideas for menu additions which you feel would work in our clubs through our Chef Forums.
A self-motivated Head Chef who will take pride in producing great quality food and is happy to work with the General Manager to ensure consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures. We want you to be willing to learn so you can make use of all the training and development tools we have available to help you flourish, as well as lead from the front and motivate, mentor and train your team to be the best that they can be.
