The Conningbrook is a stunning hotel and we are incredibly proud of the offering. It boasts an amazing standard of chef-lead fresh menus, all based on local provenance. The core menu includes award-winning, locally sourced British gastro-pub fare and the perfect Head Chef will continue this high standard of cookery. The rest of the team are hungry to learn and willing to follow the new direction laid out by their new kitchen lead.
