To provide a Caretaking service in Kilncraigs/Patons and surrounding grounds to encompass Maintenance, Emergency Cleaning, Building Security, Minor Repairs, general upkeep.

Council Officer duties/driving as required.

Setting up meeting rooms, act as concierge.

The function of Fire Marshall for Kilncraigs and Patons is part of the post holders remit.
