Aether is a start-up style coffee project focused on creating exciting and experimental coffees. You may have already come across our coffee, served in some of the best cafes across London and the UK. As we prepare to open our pop-up store in Canary Wharf, which will operate for at least 12 months, it’s the perfect time to introduce Aether to a greater crowd. We are looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about coffee and eager to develop their skills. Additionally, the head barista will be responsible for creating content for our social media, so experience with camera operation and extensive expertise in social media content creation and management is essential. Requirements:

• Passionate about coffee.
• Demonstrates punctuality and reliability.
• Open to exploring new ideas.
• Capable of working independently.
• Excellent at engaging with customers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Must be a strong team player, supportive of colleagues.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of two years in specialty coffee.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Extensive experience in content creation, including camera and lighting operations.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensures excellence in every task.
