Job description

Our newly opened gem of a coffee shop requires skilled, passionate baristas. As the business grows, we will reward our staff and hope to become the best coffee shop Camberwell has seen.

We use a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle volumetric machine, alongside a Mythos One grinder.

You will be responsible for providing great, genuine customer service while producing drinks to a consistently high standard. While this is a barista role, we employ all-rounders who are also happy to assist in the daily operations of the café, ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas.

As well as beverage preparation, this includes customer relations, following Health & Safety procedures, and being able to work as a team efficiently and reliably.

Ideally, you will live nearby and be able to arrive promptly for early shifts without relying on public transport.

Addressing most of our customers by name and knowing to ask how their new job is or how their holiday was, we are situated a stone’s throw from Kings College Hospital, so we should be getting a lot of passing trade from hospital employees.

With weekends being our busiest time, full availability every day is essential. A part-time position will almost certainly include working both weekend days, other than booked holidays.

We will be open all week; Mon-Fri 7 am – 5 pm and Sat-Sun 9 am - 3 pm.

Pay will be at £15.00 per hour.
