This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Baker to take full ownership of the Bakery & Café menu and truly make their mark on this exciting new venture. The venue, located in beautiful Norfolk, has undergone a stunning top-to-bottom refurbishment and is set to open in a few months. The Head Baker will oversee all production, recipe development, and volume targets while building and leading a brand-new bakery team. With systems to implement and up to 100 covers, the potential here is enormous. For those considering a move or wanting to stay closer to work, private live-in accommodation is available directly above the Bakery.
