Are you ready to inspire and lead a dynamic team in higher education? As the Higher Education Director, you will drive academic excellence and innovation across our campuses. Your leadership will shape the future of our School, ensuring our programs meet local social and economic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Motivate and manage academic staff, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of HE programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for income generation and drive recruitment and promotional activities.
  • Operational Management: Oversee timetables, resources, and budgets to support teaching and learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential: Undergraduate degree, project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications, experience in program development and stakeholder engagement.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week)
