About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to join our client for a 7-month contract. This role is a replacement for an existing contract resource and is focused on the implementation of Core HR modules within Oracle Cloud HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation of Core HR modules in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system accordingly.
Deliver project workstreams on time and within scope.
Provide guidance on best practices and ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.
