Role: Functional HCM Consultant Positions: 2 Employment Type: Permanent (2-year contract) Location: UK Only Office Location: Reading (Minimum 3 days onsite per week)
We are seeking two mid-level Functional HCM Consultants to support the implementation of Time & Labour, Absences, and Core HR modules within a multi-country rollout. This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in system configuration, process design, and support for these modules. The successful candidates will be integral to ensuring a seamless end-to-end implementation and providing ongoing support.
Lead the implementation of Time & Labour, Absences, and Core HR modules.
Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud to meet business requirements.
Support multi-country rollout initiatives, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage system testing.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other enterprise applications.
Deliver training and documentation to end-users and HR teams.
At least one full end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation.
Strong functional expertise in Time & Labour, Absences, and Core HR.
Experience in multi-country rollouts.
Previous experience in both implementation and support roles.
Ability to work on-site in Reading for a minimum of 3 days per week.
