Job description
Harvest operator required from Mid July to Mid October (flexible) to join our team. Our well-equipped business grows 750 hectares of combinable crops, at the home farm, and for contract farming customers within a 5 mile radius.
Main roles include corn cart and secondary cultivations using 200-360hp Fendt tractors. For the right candidate, relief operation of a Class Lexion 770t, John Deere 9RX, and 8RT is available. The candidate will also be responsible for routine machinery maintenance and other harvest duties.
Applicants should have previous farming experience, a full driving licence, attention to detail, and take pride in their work and machinery. Long hours and weekend work will also be required. Telehandler and Category H certificates are beneficial; however, they are not a requirement.
On-farm accommodation is available, and remuneration is dependent on experience.
