Test Engineer | Full-Time | On-Site | Competitive Salary:

We're looking for a hands-on Test Engineer with a strong electro-mechanical/automotive background, someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and knows how to poke holes in a product (and then help us fix them). You'll be embedded in the core development team, responsible for ensuring our hardware performs flawlessly before it hits real-world users.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Manual testing of electro-mechanical systems with a user-first mindset
2. Working closely with engineering to build and run rigorous test plans
3. Supporting product development cycles with precise documentation and feedback
4. Hands-on assembly, prototyping, and debugging of hardware builds
5. Using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 etc.) to review and update part designs
6. Suggesting design and process improvements based on testing outcomes
7. Tracking issues and validating fixes with methodical, repeatable workflows

1. 2-5+ years in a hands-on test engineering role (hardware/electro-mechanical/automotive ideally)
2. CAD experience (comfortable enough to review/edit parts and assemblies)
3. Automotive or electro-mechanical background strongly preferred
4. Proven track record with manual test procedures and documentation
5. Meticulous attention to detail - you're the type who always finds the thing others missed
6. Methodical thinker with strong problem-solving instincts
7. Bonus: Experience in a startup or R&D-heavy environment
