The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper / Paver, ideally with 360 machine operation skills, to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys seeing quality work through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Laying all types of paving, including sandstone and porcelain
General landscaping tasks (fencing, brickwork, stonework)
Operating 360 machines (preferred)
Reading and working from site drawings
Setting site levels
Delivering high-quality finishes with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hard landscaping
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
A team player with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS, ROLO, First Aid, or Manual Handling qualifications are a bonus—but we can provide training if needed
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (with 30-minute lunch and 15-minute morning break)
9.25-hour day, 5 days per week (can be adjusted to suit the right person)
Pay: £650 – £850 per week, depending on experience and skillset
Full-time, permanent position
