RECRUITING - EXPERIENCED TEMPORARY COVER HANDYPERSON / CARETAKER FOR THE SUNDERLAND AREA - £12.95 PER HOUR
This is a temporary cover role. Hours of work are based on working a two week rolling shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 11.30am to 7.30pm.
Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the premises with respect to caretaking services.
- Respond to issues in a timely manner.
- Provide cover and remedial cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Respond to security or maintenance issues outside normal working hours.
- Undertake porterage tasks as required.
- Carry out cleaning duties such as emptying bins and cleaning grounds of litter.
- Perform general handyperson tasks.
- Ensure procedures are followed for the safe and efficient handling of waste.
- Respond in a safe manner to the effects of adverse weather conditions.
- Candidates must hold an enhanced DBS.
