Job description
A Handyperson is required for a leading facilities management organisation to work on a static site in Greater Manchester. This is a temp to perm role with excellent career potential working with a well respected employer with a number of blue chip clients.
You will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as:
- Patch repairs
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Painting and decorating
All to the highest level of service for the client. You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements, and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and have excellent customer-facing skills.
