We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpentry, painting, decorating, and a good understanding of basic plumbing and electrical work. You will be responsible for maintaining multiple office locations, so a valid driver's license is essential for traveling between sites.

Responsibilities

1. Perform general maintenance and repair work across various office locations.
2. Carpentry tasks such as furniture assembly, door/window repairs, and other woodwork.
3. Painting, decorating, and surface preparation to maintain building aesthetics.
4. Basic plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and repairing fixtures.
5. Handle minor electrical repairs such as replacing lights, switches, and inspecting wiring.
6. Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
7. Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
2. Strong carpentry, painting, and decorating skills.
3. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
4. Valid driver’s license (essential for traveling between office locations).
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
6. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality.
7. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
