Job description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Handy Man to join our market-leading company covering Ipswich. This opportunity is for a dedicated person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Price: £200-£240 a day

Schedule: 2 days a week!

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across domestic properties.
2. Perform tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, boxing in, and general handyman duties.
3. Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and to a high standard.
4. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure excellent customer service.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
6. Provide accurate reports and updates on completed work.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Handy Man in a similar role.
2. Strong skills in at least three core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling).
3. Own tools and transport required.
4. Valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
5. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
