We are recruiting for this established premium brand with a rich legacy of designing timeless, high-quality leather handbags for a junior to mid-level Handbag Designer to join their growing team. This is an incredible opportunity to work on luxury collections for both the US and UK markets, and play a key role in shaping the future of their iconic handbag lines.

Your main responsibility will be creating CAD designs for leather handbags that are both innovative and commercially successful. You will work closely with a team of six designers to bring creative concepts to life, while ensuring that all designs are aligned with market trends and meet our high-quality standards. Your ability to blend creativity with commerciality will be essential to the success of the collections.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed CAD designs, and translating creative ideas into production-ready designs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring your designs align with customer needs.

We’re looking for someone with experience designing luxury handbags in a similar environment. You should be highly proficient in CAD software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and have experience working with luxury materials like leather. A strong understanding of both creative and commercial design is crucial, as is a solid understanding of the US and UK markets.
