The Basics:

Job Title: Hand Grinder - Fettler

Role: Permanent

Location: Heanor

Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 12.30pm)

Contracted hours per week: 39hrs

Salary: £14.40 per hour / £29,203 per annum + Overtime = earnings of £33k and upwards achievable.

Holidays & Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, 4% pension contribution

Overview:

We now require an additional hand grinder to join the finishing department. You will be working in first-class manufacturing facilities for a company that manufactures precision engineered components and fabrications for some well-known brands within engineering.

Utilizing hand tools and machinery you will be tasked to grind, deburr and finish metal components to the specified tolerances.

Desirable Skills:

• Able to read engineering drawings
• Previous experience using hand tools to finish off metal components - hand-held grinders etc.

Commutable from: Alfreton, Ripley, Clay Cross, Derby, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
