Hair Stylist – About the role:

Are you an experienced professional hair stylist seeking an exciting role in the heart of Staffordshire? Touched Hair & Beauty invites you to join our dynamic team.

As a successful applicant, you’ll embody a passion for the hair industry and consistently deliver a professional, client-centric experience.

Your responsibilities will encompass greeting clients, conducting in-depth consultations, and executing various hair services precisely. From cleansing and conditioning to applying treatments, upselling services, and completing product sales, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ journey while managing your diary using the latest software to create a perfect client experience.

Essential skills for this role include:

1. A minimum of 2 years of hair-cutting experience in a professional salon setting
2. Proficiency in ladies and gents cut, colour, and treatment services
3. A commitment to maintaining high standards and trend-led styles with a diverse clientele

Desirable skills (not mandatory):

1. In-depth experience with Wella
2. Master colour expertise
3. Proficiency in permanent wave and smoothing techniques
4. Bridal hair, hair-ups, and extensions
